I have a trick that I would like to share.
When a 20L bag of coconut or palm oil is nearly empty it is difficult to get all the oil out, so I roll the bag up and put it in the freezer, after a few days it is frozen solid, I cut the top of the bag and shake the frozen pieces into my oil pot, just about all of it gets out. This trick gets me usually at least another 200 grams of oil. Much easier than trying to scrape out the oil with a spatula. I hope other soapers find this useful.

In the winter, my tip for not wasting any coconut oil is to take it out of the box while it’s still frozen and solid. Cut the plastic clean away and put it in a plastic storage box from which I scoop out exactly how much I need when I’m soaping. Tip Given by: Urban Forest – Sheli – https://www.urbanforestsoap.com/
